If you prefer to email your order in, please email us at sales@floridastyle.org to order.
Return Policy
At Florida Style, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Nevertheless, rest assured that products can be returned for any reason,
with the exception of the items noted in the custom painted and personalized section below.
If you need to return merchandise, please contact us at sales@floridastyle.org within 5 days of receiving your order, for authorization on a return. We will accept
authorized returns on non-customized items within 20 days, as long as the product is unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable,
unless the order was improperly filled.
Custom Painted and Personalized Orders
Please note that some of the products we offer are made to order and require special paint customization or personalization. These items are not covered under our
return policy and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled, unless item was damaged during shipping. In the event that a product gets damaged, notify us
immediately and we will handle all of the details of getting the item returned, providing you a hassle free experience. If any damage is noticeable upon delivery,
please make the carrier aware immediately.
The following are custom painted and or personalized and exempt from cancellation or returns: Hand Painted Mailboxes, Orbs that are personalized and Hand
Painted Glassware. These custom ordered pieces cannot be returned (unless order was improperly filled) and therefore are not included in our return policy.
Delivery Time
Orders typically ship within 1 – 2 business days. Please note that some products may take longer due to the custom work required by the artist creating them. On
custom painted and handcrafted items, please allow 1 week for delivery.
Shipping
Florida Style uses mainly USPS for shipment within the United States. Click here for current shipping rates. Our shipping charges are determined by cart total and
final charges will be calculated at time of checkout based on amount of final sale. We're sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not ship internationally at this time.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
Florida Style has no minimum order requirement.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6%).
